The staff were very attentive, going the extra mile to dry our muddy gear. The restaurant offered an impressive menu, with meals that exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the noise from the pub downstairs during the evening.

Welcoming staff, delightful meals, enhanced comfort, with excellent views of the dales enhancing our stay and free wi-fi making it easy to plan our next adventures while we enjoyed our time at this lovely spot just 54 km from the nearest airport.

The Standard Twin Room was really comfy with an excellent view of the fells. Bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. The beds were super cozy, perfect for a good sleep after a long day. Just a heads up though, the shower temperature was a bit tricky to adjust. great stay!

I had a brilliant time the pub was lively and the atmosphere was electric. The steak and kidney pudding was the best I've ever tasted, and the staff were so friendly, genuinely made us feel welcome.

I had a lovely night at the inn after a long day of exploring the Dales. The room was beautifully furnished with stunning views, and waking up to a hearty breakfast featuring locally sourced ingredients was a treat. The relaxed vibe of the pub, complete with log fires, made for a perfect evening gather with friends. One small area for improvement would be the noise level from the bar that could be heard in the room.

The evening meal in the bar was spot on, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in ages. The surrounding countryside is perfect for stunning walks, making it a fab getaway.

The bedroom could’ve been toastier on arrival, and it took an age for the heating to kick in. Wish the room details had been clearer, as I expected a queen bed!

I had an amazing stay, enjoying the warm atmosphere by the log fire and some of the best Theakstons ale after a long day of walking. The room was comfy and well-equipped, with delightful views of the surrounding dales. The hearty breakfast served by friendly staff was the cherry on top, making it a memorable experience. One minor point for improvement would be the occasional noise from the bar, which was noticeable at times.
